Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Your privacy is our top priority. We work with our delivery partners to discreetly ship our sex toys, with no branding or mention of “sex toys” and “Secret Bliss” on the packaging. It’s simply packed in a plain black mailer with your name, address, order number, and contact details. In fact, our delivery partners don’t even know the actual contents of the package, ensuring your little secret stays just between us.

Global Free Shipping*
All international orders over SGD 150 automatically qualify for free registered mail shipping, covering up to SGD 45 in shipping costs. If the shipping fee exceeds this amount, customers will need to cover the difference at checkout.

Contactless Self-Collection (Singapore Only)
We offer free self-collection at the following address: 7 MARINE VISTA NEPTUNE COURT S449031. Simply add your items to the cart and select the free self-collection option at checkout.

Once we receive your order, we typically process and pack it immediately. You will receive an email notification with a link to book a collection time slot, including weekends and public holidays. It’s as easy as ABC!

Note: If you urgently need to collect your order or can’t find a suitable time slot from our booking link, simply contact us via WhatsApp and let us know your preferred collection time so that we can prioritize your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Local Delivery in Singapore
We ensure that your order is delivered in a discreet plastic mailer to any valid local address, whether it’s a public place, office, hotel, or residential address (HDB, condominiums, and landed properties). To provide you with the lowest possible prices and fastest shipping speeds, we partner with a range of third-party courier services to best meet your needs.

1. Standard Delivery: SGD 5 | Within 1 to 5 working days
2. Same Day Delivery: SGD 10 | Free for orders above SGD 90. We ship daily, including weekends and public holidays. At checkout, you can choose from our two delivery time slots:
   • (I) 3 PM to 8 PM (order before 3 PM)
   • (II) 6 PM to 11 PM (order before 6 PM)
3. Scheduled Date Delivery: SGD 10 | Free for orders above SGD 90. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Please specify your preferred delivery date in the order remarks on the shopping cart page.
4. 30-90 Minute Instant Delivery: SGD 280 | Free for orders above SGD 250. Please use our website chat function, WhatsApp message, or call +65-86111875 before placing an order to check stock and driver availability. Instant delivery is typically available from 9 AM to 10 PM, but on some days, we extend our delivery services beyond midnight when hosting events, so be sure to chat with us before placing your order to check availability. Exact delivery time depends on the delivery location, with city/central areas usually taking 30-45 minutes. To redeem free instant delivery for orders over SGD 250, chat with us!

PS: We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option, where you can pay our driver upon receiving your package. Please chat with us to place an order, subject to driver availability.

International Shipping
We only ship to international addresses worldwide via registered airmail, and we partner with several logistics companies to offer you the lowest possible shipping rates. In fact, for orders above SGD 130/USD 98, we even offer global free shipping, provided the shipping cost is less than SGD 45. To find out the shipping costs and delivery time for your location, simply follow these 3 steps:

1. Add the sex toys you want to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.
3. The system will then automatically calculate the shipping cost and delivery time in the order summary based on your shipping address and the weight of the toys.

Once our shipping agent picks up the package, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Depending on the country/region and the shipping agent you choose, it may take 2 to 25 working days to receive your package.

Please note that our prices may not include local taxes, depending on the country/region and the shipping agent. You’ll be able to see this information at checkout after entering your shipping address. In some cases, you may need to pay customs duties, import duties, and taxes when the package reaches your country/region. We have no control over these fees and cannot provide advice on them as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
